Learning about alternative solutions to various ailments became a priority once I became a Family Nurse Practitioner and realized how dependent patients became entangled with the need for instant gratification from ailments with medications regardless of the benefit or lack thereof.
If we all had the power to snap our fingers and instantly feel better emotionally, physically, and spiritually- we would, I mean who wouldn’t? But who saids we cannot snap our fingers and instantly start taking the necessary steps to becoming the best version of ourselves in all areas?
