Congestion Buster:
Eliminate chest congestion while clearing the sinuses and relief of symptoms such as blocked nasal passages, headaches, fever, dental pain, reduced sense of smell or taste, bad breath, and productive coughs. Viral sinusitis may last between 10-14 days, if symptoms persist or do not improve, follow up with a Physician.
Application:
1. Vapor method: Add 15 drops to 3 cups of hot water in a glass bowl. Ensure that you are seated comfortably while tenting your head with a towel directly over the bowl. T hen close your eyes and breathe deeply for 5 minutes. You can emerge for fresh air as needed. T his process can be repeated 3 times a day as needed. 2. Inhalation method: Inhale directly from the bottle 3. Topical application: Using your fingertips, apply one tablespoon to the chest area and massage into the skin,-repeat up to 3 times a day until symptoms subside.
Precautions:
Avoid in pregnancy, children under 6 years of age, hypertensive, estrogen-dependent cancer, and epilepsy. Not for internal use, avoid mucus membranes. Always conduct a skin patch test; apply a small amount to a small area on the arm and watch for 24 hours.
